Joe gave this presentation at a recent conference. It runs about 39 minutes and truly is fabulous!
He has a great way of making you smile, while learning about the reality of diabetes.
(At one point, he tells how many shots he has endured over the years. Then, after he takes a long drink, points out how amazing it is that his body has no leaks!)
Joe covers lots of topic, including family life and how to transfer responsibility of diabetes during the teenage years.

I can't watch while I am at work (although, you notices that being at work does not stop me commenting??? hehe) but I will be sure and pull it back up to watch from home! =)
I'm going to bookmark this to come back when my sound is working. Gotta figure out that kink and then I'm grabbing a cup of chai and snuggling up for some motivation!

Watched it. Wonderful!!!! Thank you so much for sharing it. It is full of sound advice and really helped me to see that we are doing well. I have been wanting to be a little more proactive in knowing Zac's blood sugars without nagging him, so the advice to have him write them down was extremely helpful!
