We're a Christian family trying to find our "new normal" with Type 1 Diabetes.
Our life has changed, but God has not. (Hebrews 13:8)
I'm sorry... I know how that goes. And you're right, it is so much harder when you're both down. Praying that this funk moves on quickly!Maybe it's all those consecutive 100+ degree days we've been seeing on the weather report??? I know that has me feeling a bit blue!Looking forward to Friday!
Oh I so know this feeling . I hope everything gets better soon .
Love you ((hugs))
I know what you mean. Tonight I went to yoga (really rare to get away) and tears started flowing when I was lying on the mat! How awkward! They were tears for my 7-year-old daughter and all that I have to carry inside about her diabetes. We know the feelings of overwhelm, when it's just too much. And other days it's all somehow ok and doable. You'll back to that place soon. You are wonderful parents to your son. Remember that you are never alone in this. :)
I'm tired too - the sleepy kind, though. I'm tired because I've been checking my daughter pretty much constantly through the nights. Lows Lows Lows.I feel your exhaustion. Tomorrows another day!
Hang in there GIRL..."D" takes you to emotional places that you didn't even know existed prior to your child's diagnosis. I was in and out of a funk for a good year and a half after Joe was diagnosed. We are all here for you. (((HGUS)))
Chin up... cuz you are a rock star!!! I know those days are tough, but you've got this :)(((BIG HUGS)))
